Flight plan Betride Casino Privacy Notice for Players in the United Kingdom

Privacy notice: the personal data Betride holds and why

Effective from 8 October 2026.
This notice describes how we, as the operator of the Betride Casino site, handle the personal data of players in the United Kingdom. The casino is operated by PixelForge Solutions S.R.L. This notice covers what we collect, the reason for each kind of data, who may receive it, and what a player can ask of us. We keep to what we know about our own processing and do not describe practices we have not confirmed.

Controller of the personal data

We act as the controller of the personal data that a player gives us when using the Betride site. Questions about this notice go to [email protected]. We have no separate telephone line for data requests.

Why we use the data

To provide the service

Account data, payment data and play data are used to open the account, to take deposits, to settle play and to pay out. Without them we cannot run the account.

To verify identity

Identity data is used to check that the person holding the account is an adult and is the person named. The check is required before the first withdrawal. Our policy reserves further documents: proof of address, a second identity document, a photograph with an open passport and a photograph of the bank card.

To answer players

Correspondence is used to answer questions, to look into a payment and to correct an error. We keep the thread, so that a later question can be answered with the earlier context.

To protect players

We use play data and correspondence to notice signs that a player may be in difficulty, and to act on a request for a break or a limit.

Where the data comes from

Most of the data comes from the player: at registration, in the cashier, in the verification route and in correspondence. Some data arises from use of the site, such as the games played and the status of a bonus. Payment providers confirm to us that a payment has been made. We do not build a profile of a player from outside sources.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Betride site uses cookies to keep a player logged in, to remember the language and to protect the session. A player can control cookies through the settings of the browser. Where a cookie is not needed to run the site, we ask for agreement before it is set.

Who may receive data

Data is shared only where it is needed. Payment and verification providers receive what they need to process a payment or confirm identity. Public authorities and advisers may receive data where the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep data for as long as the account is open and for the period that the law requires afterwards. Once that period ends, the data is deleted or made anonymous. A player who asks for the account to be closed is told in writing what happens to the data.

Documents and images

Identity images are the most sensitive data we receive. They are used for the identity check and for nothing else. A player sends them through the verification route, and the standard route is a mobile flow opened by a QR code, so that the document is photographed and sent from one device. Where a bank card image is requested, the player may cover the middle digits of the card number.

Protection of stored data

Access to personal data is limited to the staff and providers who need it. Documents are sent through the verification route, not by ordinary email, wherever the player can use it. A player should not send a card image by ordinary email unless support asks, and should hide the middle digits of the card number.

Transfers outside the United Kingdom

Some providers operate outside the United Kingdom. Where data is sent abroad, we use a lawful transfer mechanism and send only what the provider needs.

Marketing messages

A player who receives a message about offers can object to it at any time by writing to [email protected]. An objection to marketing does not affect messages about the account, such as a request for a document or a reply to a question.

Data of minors

The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from a person under 18.

A player’s rights

Under UK data protection law a player may ask us for access to the data we hold, for correction of data that is wrong, for deletion where the law permits, for restriction of use, for a portable copy and may object to processing. A player may object to marketing messages at any time. A request goes to [email protected], and we answer in writing. A player who is not satisfied can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Questions about a request

Where a request is unclear, we write back to ask what the player wishes us to do, and we do not act on part of it without saying so. A request concerning identity data names the document, and a request concerning correspondence names the date.

Updating this notice

When we change this notice, we update the date at the top. A change that affects how a player’s data is used is announced on the site.

How to write to us

For any question about personal data, write to [email protected] and say that the message concerns personal data. For an account question outside this notice, the live chat is open around the clock.
